Dr. Sreenivas Kurup is a serial entrepreneur, global technology leader, investor, and Founder & Group CEO of MILORES Global Systems. With over 30 years of international experience in IT services, ERP consulting, AI, ESG, IoT, RPA, and digital transformation, he has successfully led technology and business initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, India, the USA, the UK, Europe, Indonesia, and Vietnam. He previously founded ASTRUMS and SYNNOVE Systems, building both into successful enterprises that were later acquired by leading German and Japanese companies.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kurup has spearheaded global strategy, innovation, project delivery, business development, sales, and operations across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, and high-tech. His achievements have earned prestigious recognitions such as the Asia Pacific Most Promising Entrepreneurship Award, Asia Pacific Brands Award, Spirit of Singapore Award, Singapore Indian Business Leadership Award, and the Singapore SME Award. Holding advanced qualifications in Information Technology, executive leadership, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), he continues to inspire organizations worldwide through visionary leadership, innovation, and transformative digital solutions.

ASTRUMS CONSULTING, encompasses the IT specialized areas which includes, SAP Consultancy & Support Services and IT Managed Services. Today ASTRUMS is a SAP Partner, and also registered and recognized with Ministry of Finance in Malaysia and HRDF. ASTRUMS does consultancy services for SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Business All-in-One and SAP Business One and sub-contracting of SAP Basis/Upgrade/Migration, Functional, Technical and NetWeaver projects and support for 1st Tier companies in Singapore & Malaysia. Astrums has its own template solution for SAP RDS certified by SAP for Trading and Service Industries.
In the year 2010 October, Astrums Consulting Merge with Hartung: consult a German-based SAP Consulting company based out of Berlin and China. They are one of the pioneers in China since 1995. Astrums become a group of companies in the global market and had many SAP rollout projects internationally. Dr.Oswin Hartung, was the CEO/Chairman of hartung:consult.
In the year 2016 January, SNP AG (The SAP Transformation Company, a public listed company in from Heidelberg shows interested to acquire ASTRUMS in the year 2016.) Astrums Singapore and Malaysia together with Hartung:consult Berlin and China. ASTRUMS Grown to 140 over headcount in 2015-2016 in both Singapore and Malaysia, had sustainable revenue. It was another successful journey to the next level of growth, Late Dr.Andreas Schenirer was the CEO/Chairman of SNP AG
SYNNOVE Systems
- Founded in 2012
- 2019 SYNNOVE acquired 30% stack of ABEO Vietnam
- 2022 Acquisition by TDI Japan
Harutng:consult was founded in Singapore, Malaysia and India in the year 2012 for Global Consulting business in SEA only focus in European companies in Asia. In year 2017 onwards renamed as SYNNOVE Systems commenced localized opportunities to an independent consulting firm. Year 2019, Synnove acquired 30% shake from ABEO Vietnam, to expand the team and revenue.
In the year 2022 Journey with TDI Japan. SYNNOVE SYSTEMS Singapore, Malaysia and ABEO Vietnam acquisition by TDI Japan, renamed the company to TDI APJ Pte Ltd, and SG, MY and VN became the subsidiary companies. TDI APJ provides one-stop solutions that encompass a wide spectrum of optimal IT services, ranging from consulting to development, maintenance, and operations of systems, to meet the needs of our customers. As a part of tdi Group, Japan, our aim is to enable digital transformation for enterprises across the Asia-Pacific, Japan region. The team globally has grown to more than 2000. Sreenivas Kurup became the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) since then, and continues as Director and Shareholder of group TDI APJ Pte Ltd.

I believe recognition and awards are motivation to do more to the industries and the societies. I don’t believe that I was doing business last 10-11yrs, it was my contribution to the industries and societies where I try my best to bring opportunities. If everyone only want to work who will bring the opportunity for them to work, that is what those entrepreneurs does. This of the hardest journey I was experienced and experiencing! I would appreciate those organization recognise my hard work and I appreciate all my team who supported me for this recognition, this awards are dedicating to those who support all the while my entrepreneur journey.
Charities & Community Impact
Charity doesn’t means that you have to give a huge amount of money or effort to put for all the needy people. It is a contribution from everyone, do what you could and support for the needy. It could be provided on a regular basis or need basis. I am currently to supporting these organizations and if you find it suitable to do the needful to those needy people/organizations.
Giving Back Beyond Charity
Again, giving back to society is crucial. Apart from contributing regularly to charity and religious institutions, I believe my entrepreneur journey was able to contribute and to enrich the lives and careers of over few hundreds of people, from fresh graduates to professionals. “I have groomed them for their future growth to enable them to contribute in their jobs”. That means there are various ways to give back to society!
